I. Bible Principles

A. The soul that sins - it will die  Ezekiel 18:20

   i. Somebody must pay for our sins

   ii. The Lord has paid our debt if we obey him Eph 2: 8,12- 16  ; Heb 10:1-10

B. We must do things " the way God says "

    i. Noah's ark Gen 6:22

    ii. Adam and Eve Gen 2:16-17

C We must worship God the way he says

   i. Abel Gen 4:1-8

   ii. Nadab and Abihu Lev 10:1-6

   iii. Ananias and Sapphira  Acts 5: 1-11

II. There Must Be A Standard - The Bible - But It Must Not Be Diluted Or Added To

A. Bible AND Church Doctrine / Tradition

B. Bible Minus Miracles

C. Just The Bible II Tim 3:16-17; Deut 4:2; Prov. 30:6; Rev 22 : 18-19

III . Take Homes

A. The Bible ONLY must be our standard

B. What you and I think CAN NOT be our guide

C. When we do spiritual things we MUST have a “thus saith the Lord”

D. Everyone that's talking about Heaven is not going to Heaven Mt 7:21
